Viva voce

This is the process of critical peer review. On completion of the project, the project consultant will undergo a process of defending the findings and recommendations to a panel of peers. Only after the panel is satisfied, will the report be presented to the client.

Collaboration system

Every project consultant is assigned a collaborator. The role of the collaborator is to ensure quality in methodology and execution. More importantly, the collaborator acts as a sounding board for the development of innovative, actionable and successful business strategies, recommendations and solutions.
